However, there are other players that have either changed teams or just entered the league that are going to be worth keeping in mind this season. Some of these guys are setting themselves up for big seasons with a change of scenery, while others might have needed an extra year in order to really jumpstart their careers. One in particular is a rookie who could put up some very big numbers in his first season in the NFL.

However, the tight end, who played his first five years in the league with Carolina, is slated to be the starter for the Jacksonville Jaguars inMadden NFL 22. Manhertz has never really been the man. He’s usually the complimentary tight end who is drawing defenders away from the real target. That could change as Jacksonville looks for someone to run its new, Urban Meyer led offense through.
The Jaguars have both a new head coach and a brand new quarterback this year. Despite being around for a while, he’s still a pretty productive player, catching 37 passes for 507 yards and seven touchdowns in 2020.
Jared Cook posted a rating of 86 inMadden NFL 21and he could actuallysee that rating go up inMadden NFL 22. With a new quarterback and an offense that features opportunities at his position pretty heavily, his rating could benefit significantly. Of course, he could also have his rating go down, considering that he’s likely on the back end of his career.

Kyle Pitts Looking To Have Rookie Breakout In Madden NFL 22
While Manhertz and Cook are grizzled veterans, looking to add a new chapter, Kyle Pitts' story in the NFL is just starting. The former Florida Gators tight end was the fourth overall pick by the Atlanta Falcons. While that team looks like it’s entered rebuilding mode, it’s still going to need some players to put up big numbers in 2021. Pitts seems like a likely candidate to be the go-to player for his new team. It’s always hard to guess just what kind ofrating rookies will get inMadden NFL 22, which is one of the reasons this is a player that gamers should absolutely keep an eye on.
Dan Arnold Looks To Produce For New Team In Madden NFL 22
Now thatMadden NFL 22is finally confirmed, there’s a very good chance that Dan Arnold will stand out as a tight end to watch. While he’s with his third team in five seasons, the Carolina Panthers have long had a tradition of utilizing tight ends prominently in their offense. Arnold is also coming off the best season in his NFL career. Playing in all 16 games for the first time since joining the league, Arnold hauled down 31 passes for 438 yards and four touchdowns.
Thanks to that performance, he saw a big jump in hisMadden NFL 21ratings from the start of the year to the end. Arnold started last season with a rating of just 66 but was all the way up to 71 by the end of the year. One of the things to watch this year is to see if he starts off a little higher and then just keeps climbing. Gerald Everett Looks To Keep Building In Madden NFL 22
Gerald Everett technically qualifies as a veteran, but he’s also still relatively young as he’s entering just his fifth season in the league. He spent the first four seasons of his career with the Los Angeles Rams and is now playing for one of their chief rivals. Everett will look to keep building on a career that has seen him produce more every year. In 2020, he had a career-high 41 catches for 417 yards and one touchdown. InMadden NFL 22he’ll be catching passes from Russell Wilson, so his numbers could get even better.
Everett is one of those who actually saw hisMadden NFL 21ratings go downas the season went along. He started off as a 79 rated player and ended the year at 77. Some of that is likely due to struggles Rams quarterback Jared Goff had as the season wound down. The tight end is now going to be playing with a quarterback who has simply been consistently good and that could certainly help his ratings only go up this year.
