Throughout your journey inBaldur’s Gate 3,you will encounter various puzzles, including theEnclave Library Puzzle, which requires a specific solution. Completing this puzzle will reward you greatly.
After rescuing Halsin, Rath will reward you with theRune of the Wolf. However, some players may be unsure of how to use it. If you find yourself stuck in the Enclave Library, don’t worry, as we will help you. Follow this guide to learn how to solve the puzzle.
BG3: Where to Find Enclave Library Puzzle
Enclave Library is a safe hiding place for druids located in Emerald Grove. After you have rescued Halsin from captivity, talk to Rath. He will give you the Rune of the Wolf, which will help solve the puzzle. Now, you can go in search of treasures, which are located in the Enclave Library. The secret entrance to Emerald Grove is found at the coordinates:X:227, Y:523. Once inside, head to the room behind the wolf statue in the southeastern part of the location.
BG3: Enclave Library Puzzle Solution
Once in the Enclave Library, you must solve the puzzle to get valuable items. To do this, you must have the Rune of the Wolf. If, for some reason, you have not yet received it, you can steal it. Here’s how to do it:

Go to the Enclave Library. Inside, you will see statues of wolves. Here, you’ll need to insert the Rune of the Wolf into the right socket:

Once you get down to the vault, you can loot the various boxes and chests, in which you will find many different consumables and items. Don’t be disappointed, though, because there’s something much better waiting for you. Interact with the Altar to get the uniquetwo-handed melee weapon, Sorrow.You will also get Mace, a simple melee weapon. This weapon will be useful at the beginning of the game, so enjoy.
