It seems that the fifth major update forDisney Dreamlight Valleywill actually come out in June.Disney Dreamlight Valleyhas been in early access since its release back in September 2022. Throughout the various months that players have gotten to test the waters with the game, it has received several massive content updates. These updates have added to the main storyline, implemented new quality-of-life features, and fixed variousbugs thatDisney Dreamlight Valleyplayers have encountered.The most recently released major content patch, thePride of the Valley update, went live in early April. It added an entirely new realm so players could visit their favorite Lion King characters, the Disney Parks Star Path, a new holiday event, and tons of new items and improvements. In a recent tweet, announcing thecompletion of the final Dreamlight Park community challenge, the officialDisney Dreamlight Valleyaccount mentioned that players would be receiving another reward for their efforts with the release of the next update in June. While it’s not a specific release date, at least fans know the month that they can expect Update 5 to come toDisney Dreamlight Valley.
Many players believe that Cinderella or Vanellope could be the next characters to join the valley. The roadmap description says that a princess is racing into the game and there is a picture of a large pumpkin house. It is impossible to know for sure what the next update could bring toDisney Dreamlight Valleyuntil the announcement is made, but as the next few weeks go on, more will certainly be revealed.
Right now, the only thing that has actually been confirmed for Update 5 is theaddition of umbrellas toDisney Dreamlight Valley. Soon enough, gamers will no longer have to worry about their characters standing out in the rain when the weather isn’t looking so good; they will be able to protect themselves with all sorts of umbrellas. On top of this, the current Disney Parks Star Path will be coming to an end soon, and it’s very likely that the update will also add a new Star Path for players to complete.
