Although they don’t have the same spark that they used to, there are still some Silver players, especially the strikers, that can do more than a good job onEA Sports FC 24’s Ultimate Team mode. Silver players are normally cheaper than their gold alternatives, so it is a good way to have a cheap team, and it may also offer a bit of a challenge for some of the more experienced players.

Updated Jun 02, 2025 by Ben Painter:EA Sports FC 24 is coming to an end. WithEA Sports FC 25right around the corner, gamers may want to take a different approach to Ultimate Team in the final weeks.

Silver cards are always special in UT. There have been some special cards across the years which perform just as well as their gold counterparts. This update adds five more of the best silver strikers to use in EA Sports FC 24 Ultimate Team.

Marouane Fellaini EA Sports FC 24 Ultimate Team Card

1Fashion Sakala

72

The former Rangers man may no longer play in the Scottish Premier League, but he does play with a lot of other big names in the ROSHIN Saudi League. The Zambian forward is rapid, and his pace is his best asset, with 93 acceleration and 89 sprint speed, he can get in behind opposition defenses and get a clear shot on goal.

He also excels at stamina and jumping. He is a workhorse when leading the line and pairing him with someone who is a bit a more natural finisher could work well in Ultimate Team. The only downside to Sakala is his nationality. It will be hard to fit other players from Zambia into the squad.

Wilfried Gnonto EA Sports FC 24 Ultimate Team Card

2Marouane Fellaini

73

The Belgian is a bit of a legend in the game, playing for the likes of Everton and Manchester United in the Premier League. He now plays in the Chinese Super League for Shanding Taishan. Although his base card is a CM in Ultimate Team, he can quite easily play as a striker and has that as one of his alternate positions.

This is thanks to his stats, which are perfect for a target man in Ultimate Team. Standing at 6'4", he is a powerhouse, with 92 heading accuracy, 90 strength, and 85 jumping. He certainly won’t get beat in the air. However, at 34 paces, he is very slow. Don’t expect him to be making darting runs into the box. It is also the last time Fellaini will be on UT, following his retirement last season.

Nathan Tella EA Sports FC 24 Ultimate Team Card

3Wilfried Gnonto

74

The Leeds United man shockingly remained at the club as they were relegated from the Premier League. Gnonto is certainly one of the best players in the Championship. His base card is an LM, but he can just as easily play as an ST and will make a handy one at that with decent finishing stats, but he thrives on his pace and dribbling.

Gnonto is from Italy, so he will make decent links to other awesome Italians in the game mode, such as Federico Chiesa, Alessandro Bastoni, and Gianluca Scamacca. With links away from the club, Gnonto could be playing for a different club inEA Sports FC 25, and will more than likely be upgraded to a gold card.

Jordan Larsson EA Sports FC 24 Ultimate Team Card

4Nathan Tella

Nathan Tella has played a wide variety of different positions for Bayer 04 Leverkusen this season as they cruised to their first-ever Bundesliga title. InFC 24, he is one of thebest silver strikers. He is very quick, so being outpaced by defenders won’t be an option, but he can also put away his chances with decent finishing and shot power.

He actually started in this edition as an Englishman but switched his allegiances to Nigeria, as he would play more games for the African nation. If gamers are looking for more quality with Tella, then they can use his UEL RTTF version, which is a big improvement, standing at 90-rated.

Meschack Elia EA Sports FC 24 Ultimate Team Card

5Jordan Larsson

The son of Celtic legend Henrik Larsson, his son Jordan hasn’t quite reached the heights of his dad, but he is stilla decent option for a silver strikerin Ultimate Team. The Swede has decent all-around stats for a striker. He is well-balanced, quick, has good physicality, has decent passing, andis a handy dribbler.

Although he is an RW card, he can easily play as a striker and will work well as a deeper forward as part of a front three. He has an upgrade as part of “Dynasties” which was paired with a special card for his dad, Henrik, who is in the game as an Icon. Jordan’s downside is he plays for FC Kobenhaven in the Danish 3F Superliga, so there aren’t a lot of links to him.

Victor Boniface EA Sports FC 24 Ultimate Team Card

6Meschack Elia

Speed is the game with BSC Young Boys striker Meschack Elia. The R Congo forward is extremely fast due to his 93 pace. Although his league and nation are unfavorable, there are a couple of good connections gamers can make with IF Sandro Lauper of Young Boys and IF Chadrac Akolo of St. Gallen also in the CSSL League.

Not only is Elia quick, but he is also a superb dribbler with balance and agility stats better than some gold players in his position. Using his paceto get in behind the defense, with decent finishing stats too, players will get goals with Meschack Elia.

Tiago Tomas EA Sports FC 24 Ultimate Team Card

7Victor Boniface

The Bayer 04 Leverkusen striker won’t be a silver card in next year’s edition of the game, thanks to his superb performances for his team in real life as they cruised to a German Bundesliga title. Gamers will want to use this beast of a striker in their silver teams while they can.

If players need a striker who can hold up the ball, win aerial duels, and win back the ball from opposition defenders, then the Nigerian striker is perfect. Strength is his specialty, with 88, Few defenders can match him in this area, and he is the perfect option for this type of striker among sliver players.

Ben Brereton EA Sports FC 24 Ultimate Team Card

8Tiago Tomas

Another Bundesliga option, Tiago Tomas, hails from Portugal and plays in Germany for VfL Wolfsburg. He has a lot of favorable stats, making him a well-rounded striking option.

He is swift, amazing at dribbling, and, with 4-star skills, can easily beat his defenders and get a clean strike on goal. Tomas can also dig in with the dirty work as a striker, winning headers, chasing the ball, and putting in a defensive shift at the opposite end of the pitch. He will form a great partnership with Victor Bonifacein silver Bundesliga teams.

Lukas Podolski EA Sports FC 24 Ultimate Team Card

9Ben Brereton

The English-born forward made headlines for switching national teams to Chile a few years ago and has become a bit of an icon in South America. Brereton is a decent option for a silver striker in a Premier League team, as he plays for Sheffield United. He is currently on loan from Spanish-side Villareal, so there are cards on the market for a La Liga item as well.

He is quick, good in the air, and strong. With good finishing stats, goals will not be a problem with Ben Brereton. Although his base card comes out as an LM, ST is where he is best. WithEA FC 24’s seamless position changes, it is no issue to use him up front in Ultimate Team.

10Lukas Podolski

At 49 pace, the 38-year-old Lukas Podolski won’t be breezing past anyone as a striker. However, the German legend has enough in his locker still to warrant a place as one of the best silver strikers.

His physical stats may have dropped off over the years, but his shooting has stayed high. 90 shot power means that goalkeepers will have a big problem stopping their shots from flying into the top corner of the goal. With decent long shots and composure, shooting from range won’t be an issuewith Podolski. However, he does play for Gornik Zabrze in the Polish PKO BP Ekstraklasa, so finding players to add to his chemistry may cause some issues.
