WithFortniteSeason 4 being one massive Marvel crossover, withseveral fan favorite characters like Wolverine, Iron Man, and Dr. Doomjoining the battle and devourer of worlds Galactus himself said to be on his way.

While Marvel fans may be more than satisfied with this, it’s important to remember that a newFortniteseason means a change in weapons. For any newcomers, Epic Games will vault certain weapons, making them temporarily unavailable, while bringing others out of the vault and including them in regular play again.

Firstly, some players may be thrilled to learn that the Pump Shotgun has returned after being absent during Season 3. All of its rarities are available too, meaning players can get their hands on the Legendary Pump Shotgun, one of the most powerful weapons in the whole game.

Aside from this, the other returning weapons are the Revolver, the Scoped Assault Rifle, and the Tactical SMG, though not every rarity of these weapons are available. In terms of items, the Shockwave Grenade, Bounce Pad, and Boogie Bomb are back.

As for which weapons have been vaulted, all versions of the Tactical Shotgun and SMG are no longer available. The Rapid Fire SMG has also been removed, specifically its Rare, Epic, and Legendary rarities. It’s not clear whether the same has been applied to the Uncommon and Common rarities.

The Hunting Rifle and Pistol, on the other hand, have lost their Epic and Legendary rarities, but the other variants are still available. The Flare Gun has also been vaulted. Lastly, the vaulted items are the Launch Pad, Decoy Grenades, and Stink Bomb.

While these details are likely vital for competitive players, those who are just excited for all the Marvel content will probably be more interested in learning how to unlock all the themed rewards, such as a Wolverine spray that can be earned byfinding all the Wolverine claw marks.

Despite the current season being so Marvel-centric, Epic clearly still has ties to rival company DC. It may not be getting its own themed season (yet), but a new bundle will be launching later this year and come witha number of cosmetics related toBatmanvillains Joker and Poison Ivy, including the expected character skins.

In regard to the ongoing lawsuit between Epic Games and Apple, which led toFortnitebeing removed from the Apple store, a judge has issued a restraining order thatprevents Apple from also removing the Unreal Engine, which would’ve had a severe affect on other game developers aside from Epic.

However, this doesn’t meanFortnitewill be returning to the Apple store any time soon and, so far, it looks like it could be gone for good.

Fortniteis available for Nintendo Switch, PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
