Genshin Impact’s official “Phase 1” preview for the Version 4.1 update shows off several events players can take part in during the update. The patch will begin with the “Radiant Harvest” event, tasking players with capturing jellyfish throughout Fontaine’s waters with Primogems as rewards. The second week of the update will debut “Dodoco’s Bomb-Tastic Adventure,” a fish-blasting event starring popular Mondstadt character Klee.Version 4.1’s flagship event, “Waterborne Poetry,” will debut on October 12 and features a unique four-star weapon as a reward.

Starting on September 28th, players will be able to acquire daily rewards for four days with the “Treasures Along the Road” campaign, totaling at 1600 Primogems alongside other rewards like Fragile Resin and a new gadget companion.The “Bathing in Flowing Moonlight” campaignwill similarly reward players with up to 10 Intertwined Fates, as well as in-game resources like Mora and Experience materials.
Alongside a stacked lineup of events, Version 4.1 will introduce two new characters toGenshin Impact’s playable roster. Neuvillette is set to debut within the game as a Hydro Catalyst character during the update’s first half, serving as Fontaine’s Chief Justice and expected to be a versatile DPS character.Wriothesley’s launch in Version 4.1’s second halfwill similarly see him appear in a DPS role as the game’s first Cryo Catalyst user.
