The leak supposedly reveals that the unnamed Electro character from Inazuma may not exist within the game, though several others have confirmed the character’s existence. Well-known leaker Tao has asserted that the information regarding the lack of a new character in 3.8 could be correct, suggestingthe Electro character’s tentative releasemay have been pushed back.Genshin Impact’s Version 3.8 update is expected to launch in July.
The lack of a new character within Version 3.8 would be new territory for the massively popular RPG.Genshin Impacthas never released a new update without at least one character added, though several updates have only featured a lone four-star character introduced to the game. Leaks have already confirmed a long-awaited re-run is set to arrive inVersion 3.8 with Eula expected to appearon the game’s limited banner. Version 3.8 is also believed to be the final update before the addition ofGenshin Impact’s next major region of Fontaine.
