AGenshin Impactplayer builds an impressive recreation ofHowl’s Moving Castlein the Serenitea Pot. In the mysterious adepti realm within the Serenitea Pot,Genshin Impactplayers may design their own home and organize their plot of land to their liking.
After receiving the Serenitea Pot from Madame Ping in Liyue,Genshin Impactplayers may head inside the tea pot’s pocket dimension to start a tutorial and build their first home.Players may visit a friend’s Serenitea Potand share ideas for a new home as well. While inside the tea pot, Tubby may assist the player by providing additional features and shop for furnishings and other useful items. Building within the Serenitea Pot has its own limitations, butGenshin Impactplayers circumvent these restrictions by utilizing several object placement glitches. These glitches allow the player to place objects as they see fit, allowing them to create massive homes and incredible contraptions.

Genshin Impactplayer russ_victoria built their own recreation ofHowl’s Moving Castlein the Serenitea Pot for Kaveh, Sumeru’s architect behind the Palace of Alcarzarzay. Unlike the castle depicted in the renonwed animated film, the user’s castle features a house matching a similar aesthetic found on Sumeru infrastructure throughout the main city. However, the user was able to incorporate foliage and a dark wooden frame to match the iconic contraption fromHowl’s Moving Castle.
TheGenshin Impactplayer appears to have chosen Kaveh as the owner of newly created castle in the Serenitea Pot due to the character’s similarities with Howl. Additionally, this particular recreation by russ_victoria was directly inspired by2004’sHowl’s Moving Castleanimated film, which was produced by Studio Ghibli and directed by Hayao Miyazaki. The film is based by the original 1986Howl’s Moving Castlenovel by British author Diana Wynne Jones.
Despite the limitations present within the Serenitea Pot, russ_victoria was able to create a stunning recreation ofHowl’s Moving Castlewith some unique qualities fromGenshin Impact. For example, the use of trees and architecture fromGenshin Impact’sSumeru forest regionmakes the giant castle look like a creation from Kaveh himself. The Palace of Alcarzarzay designed by Kaveh follows a similar style of architecture as well.
