1Saga
It’s impossible not to mentionSagais among the best sci-fi comics of recent years. Raising a child while agalactic war rages onis difficult enough, even more so when the parents come out of two opposing species and should be enemies, by all rules. Some calledSagaRomeo and Juliet in space, and while the presumably doomed love between the main adult characters plays a major part in the story,Sagais much more than that.
The series has everything science fiction fans could ask for: love, drama, action, and, of course, discovering all the universe has to offer. It features multiple species who are visually different enough to keep the readers intrigued, wondering what writer Brian K. Vaughan and artist Fiona Staples will come up with next.Sagacurrently has 10 volumes, and new ones are bound to come out in the upcoming years.
