While Millie Bobby Brown hasn’t been cast in theHarry Potterspin-off, YouTuber “Jarkan” created a convincing Deepfake video that imagines Brown replacingEmma Watson as Hermione Granger. This clip entitled, “Harry Potter Starring Millie Bobby Brown As Hermione Granger,”has amassed over 35 thousand views on YouTube. It features Brown’s Granger alongside Daniel Radcliffe’s Harry Potter and Rupert Grint’s Ron Weasley in various iconic scenes from the movie franchise.
Brown, who is most notably known for playingEleven/Jane Ives inStranger Things,has starred in a string of high-budget films over the past couple of years. The 17-year-old actress was recently seen as Sherlock Homes’ youngest sister in Harry Bradbeer’sEnola Holmes. The mystery film was released on Netflix last September and followed an intelligent teenager who strives to find her missing mother on her sixteenth birthday. This summer, Brown is set to star in the highly anticipatedGodzilla vs. Kong. The upcoming MonsterVerse film is the sequel to 2017’sKong: Skull Islandand 2019’sGodzilla: King of the Monsters.Adam Wingard’s upcoming sci-fi action-adventure will be the second time the two beasts have been pit against each other on the big screen. Brown is reprising her role as Madison Russell fromKing of the Monsters.She has stated that the film is a coming-of-age story for her character and that Madison is trying to follow in her mother’s footsteps.
