Skyrimis home to a bunch of secretsand locations that can easily go overlooked during any player’s initial playthrough of the game, whether that’s specific dungeons or characters or side-quests. But perhaps the easiest gameplay component players have the potential to miss is the multitude of treasure chests featured throughoutSkyrim. Now, thanks to one user, in particular, a map exists that helps players find hidden treasure chests much easier.

A Reddit user by the name of Marlusa91 encountered a map made by another user named XxtacoeaterxX that has the locations of hidden chests circled in yellow across a map of Skyrim. Marlusa91 was then gracious enough to indicate locations of chests that they knew using a red circle. This map should hopefully help new players when exploring different regions like Riften andMarkarth
It’s amazing to see the community of fans come together to help fellow players in terms of discovering content hidden throughoutSkyrim.What’s interesting is that only the general area where the chest is located is circled and not specifically told. This should help to preserve the feeling of exploration and discovery while playingSkyrim. That way, players can travel to places like Solitude orDawnstarand explore at their leisure, while also knowing that there are chests located somewhere in the general vicinity.
The fact thatSkyrimreleased nearly a decade ago and still manages to possess an active and loving player base is quite the achievement. Last year,Skyrimfans celebrated the game’s 9-year anniversaryby posting a ton of different posts meant to honor and celebrate the game. That is a true show of dedication for the game.

Given how little information there currently is regardingThe Elder Scrolls 6, it’s hard to know how much success the new game will receive once it finally releases.
