While having overpowered protagonists can make the story boring with a recurring plot, some shows have managed to portray a plot where the protagonist confronts unique situations and is forced to use their powers in more intuitive ways or simply burn down anything that stands in their way. Whether it be through a unique plot, a narcissistic protagonist, or more, isekai power fantasies have a certain allure to them that makes them hard to ignore.
