Not only has the competition gotten off to a strong start, but no shortage of impressive pieces have come about since the call for art was made. Artist @Amduscia_ shared five excellent pieces of art tied toMass Effect’s companions, with all paintings showing a great eye for detail.Popular love interest Garrusis one of the characters depicted, with the cheerful Quarian Tali also seen. EDI, Jack, and Legion also feature, with the artist currently painting Grunt.

The next piece is on the cuter side, as it shows an adorable chibiversion of Commander Shepardin action. Made by @fishbone76, the piece is different from the usual style, showcasing the galactic hero enjoying their downtime with a cute hamster balloon. The post also pokes fun at the “I’m Commander Shepard, and this is my favorite store on the Citadel” meme, only adding to its quality. With mostMass Effectart pieces boasting more serious styles, this fun artwork is a nice change of pace.

Another piece comes from @ArkaneArtisan, and it focuses on FemShep. Showing the hero with her iconic red hair, a look that will finally be the default choice in theLegendary Editionversion ofMass Effect 1, the artwork is an excellent rendition of female Shepard. Showcasing a neat blue and red background that is likely meant to symbolize the series’ Paragon and Renegade paths, the Omni-Blade and pistol weaponry round out the standout features of the drawing.

One other collection of pieces comes from @BlackMothEyes, and it shows several different art styles at play. A few beautiful pieces showcase female Shepard, with one depicting the protagonist embracingthe beloved companion Liara. Another piece shows FemShep fighting alongside Liara and Garrus, with the Asari using her biotics and the Turian wielding his trusty sniper rifle as Shepard fires rounds from her pistol.

Clearly,Mass Effectfansare having fun showing off their artwork, and plenty are deserving of being featured. With more art pieces likely to be posted as the days go on, keeping an eye on the #MyShepard hashtag would be wise.
