6Shiryu
Shiryu is the former head jailer of Impel Down. After he started killing the prisoners, he was imprisoned by Magellan. Shiryu remained locked up until the riots caused by Blackbeard and Luffy, which left Magellan with no choice but to release the head jailer. Subsequently, Shiryu betrayed Magellan and joined the Blackbeard Pirates.
He eventually became one of the Ten Titan Captains and got his hands on the Suke Suke no Mi.One Piecefans already know that Sanji wanted to eat the Suke Suke no Mi and was enraged when he found out Absalom had eaten it. Contrary to popular belief, Jesus Burgess is the right-hand man of Blackbeard. He was one of the earliest people to join the notorious pirate on his journey. Jesus Burgess can use Busoshoku and Kenbunshoku Haki, although he does not have enough mastery over them.

4Lucky Roux
Lucky Roux is a member of the Red Hair Pirates. He is a Senior Officer, which means that he is stronger than other members of the crew. Lucky Roux and Sanji share a few similarities.
For starters, both of them are cooks on their respective crews. On top of that, they are skilled combatants who can defend their friends in times of need. The Red Hair Pirates are also interested in claiming the One Piece, so sooner or later, their paths will cross and fans might get to see an epic duel.
3Crocodile
Crocodile is one of the two leaders of the Cross Guild, along with Dracule Mihawk. Crocodile was the first Shichibukai that Luffy fought in the series. He managed to defeat Luffy twice, and the latter had to be rescued by other people.

Crocodile possesses the Suna Suna no Mi, which isa Logia-type Devil Fruit. It enables Crocodile to create and control sand. Additionally, he can also drain the moisture from a person’s body, leaving them on the cusp of death. As a member of the Cross Guild, Crocodile may end up facing the Straw Hats, especially after Buggy told his underlings about his dream to claim the One Piece. While Sanji and Crocodile have never fought each other, the Straw Hat pirate has outfoxed the Shichibukai in Alabasta. Both of them are clever individuals, and a battle between the two would definitely draw a crowd.
2Kizaru
Kizaru is the oldest serving Navy Admiral, making him one of the organization’s most experienced fighters. He is a follower of Unclear Justice, which is why he doesn’t seem to be bothered by most of the events happening around him. Kizaru possesses the Pika Pika no Mi, a Logia-type Devil Fruit that allows him to control light at will.
Dr. Vegapunk was so interested in his Devil Fruit that he conducted hours' worth of research on it. The scientist managed to turn it into a lethal weapon and armed the Pacifista and the Seraphim with it. Kizaru fought Sanji in the Sabaody Archipelago arc and completely humiliated him. Considering Kizaru’s immense speed, only a skillful Kenbunshoku Haki user like Sanji can dodge his attacks. The two were seen clashing inOne PieceOpening 17, which adds more fuel to the speculation.
1Blonde Gorosei
St. Shepherd Ju Peter isone of the Goroseiand appears to be the youngest of the five. He is fiercely loyal to Imu and will follow their every order. He is the Warrior God of Agriculture, so he has the highest authority in all matters in that particular department. St. Shepherd Ju Peter’s powers remain unknown, but he definitely has a Devil Fruit.
Many fans believe that all the Gorosei have Mythical Zoan-type Devil Fruits, so St. Shepherd Ju Peter may have one as well. It seems that all the Gorosei have combat experience, and they are rather sturdy, as they managed to withstand Sabo’s attack. At one point or another, the Straw Hats will come face-to-face against the Gorosei, and St. Shepherd Ju Peter will be Sanji’s opponent.
