As you climb the stairs to different levels ofPersona 3 Reload’s Tartarus, you’ll run into stronger Shadows and challenging Gatekeepers. In Block 2, Arqa, you’ll run into a Soul Dancer Shadow. It’s best to avoid attacking with Skills that the Soul Dancer resists inPersona 3 Reload. Instead, exploit their Affinity weakness to trigger an All-Out Attack and wrap up the battle. Fortunately, you have someone in SEES with Skills that can sweep it off its feet.

How to Get Wind Skills
Garu, Magaru
You may have picked up theAngelPersona from the previous block (Thebel). This Persona has Garu but if you don’t have Angel or you fused it into a stronger Persona, you’ll need to rely onYukariandIo. Yukari has access to the Garu-tier Skills, and if she hasMagaru(learned atlevel 14), she’ll target all enemies at once.
Some Personas with the Garu skill are:
- Both of these Personas can be obtainedfairly early in your playthrough.
If you’re fusing a Persona with Garu, you’ll sometimes be able to “pass down” the Skill to the newly-fused Persona. You can also teach Garu to any Persona if you have aGaru Skill Card. During Shuffle Time, you may get a Swords Tarot Card in your deck. This represents a Skill Card, but the Skill is randomized, so it’s a less reliable way of obtaining Garu for the protagonist. Therefore, the easiest way to take down Soul Dancers is to use Yukari’s Garu/Magaru Skill.
