Reddit user threerobots shared their newest creations to fellowPokemonfans. Their new designs include Pikachu, Gengar, Cubone, and Snorlax. The four Poke Balls all draw from the actual designs of the Pokemon, incorporating their ears, coloring, and elements of their faces. Pikachu, for example, has its iconic pointy yellow and black ears, as well as red cheek marks on the front of the Poke Ball.Gengar has the sinister grinthe Pokemon is known for, as well as a furrowed brow, ears, and the spikes on top of its head.

Snorlax incorporates the ears of the Pokemon and its overall coloring, but Cubone goes even further. The top half of Cubone’s Poke Ball is a silvery version of the skull the Pokemon is so well known for, with the coloring beneath it matching the Pokemon’s design. All four of the designs are impressive, and the glossy and polished look of the materials almost makes them look like official Poke Ball replicas.

Fans in the comments have been very positive about thePoke Ball designs, sharing their favorites and queries. When asked, Threerobots explained that they made the designs with a resin printer. In one of their prior posts, they had noted that they designed the Poke Balls themselves in the Blender 3D modeling program. They also sell their completed creations in an Etsy store, for fans who may be interested in acquiring one of these.
