Pokemon GO’s Season of Alola is coming to an end, but there’s still one event left for players to grab some Alolan-themed goodies. The Alola to Alola event offers increased spawns for Alolan Pokemon, the ability to evolve Cubone into Alolan Marowak, and a brand-new set of Research Tasks. The Alola to Alola Research Tasks are some of the most rewarding inPokemon GO, particularly if players can unlock the Special Research.

To get access to the Special Research, players will need to either complete the four previous Season of Alola Research Tasks or spend $4.99 on a ticket before June 1. Once unlocked, the Special Research will be available permanently, so there’s no rush for players to complete it beforethe Season of Alola ends. The Research itself is divided into four steps. The first three will be the same for everyone, but the fourth gives players the choice of an Island Path to follow.
