Trainer Customization has been a part of thePokemongameplay sincePokemon X/Y. InPokemon ScarletandPokemon Violet, players can change the shape of their character’s eyes, mouth, brows, and more. Unfortunately, most players have found the apparel to be lacking when compared toPokemon Legends: Arceusand other previous titles.
Pokemon Scarlet & Violetallows trainers to change socks, shoes, gloves, glasses, and hats. They can only wear one of the seasonal school uniforms, a more modest wardrobe thanPokemon Sword/Shield. Fortunately, part 1 of The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero Expansion Pass (The Teal Mask) adds more accessories and even uniforms to shuffle through.

Where to Find the Teal Style Card
To access the new clothing inScarlet/Violet, players need to get theTeal Style Card. This is obtained by through The Teal Mask’s story, which unlocks after the start of the Treasure Hunt. Players will receive a call from Jacq, where they will need to report back to Naranja/Uva Academy and speak to Ms. Briar to access a new region: Kitakami.
Once players arrive in Mossui Town, they’ll meet two new characters:Carmine and Kieran. The Teal Mask story forces players to partner up with Kieran for the orientation, which involves visiting three different signposts around Kitakami.Once players find the second signpost at Kitakami Hall, they’ll be directed toThe Dreaded DenonOni Mountain. Here, they’ll need to battle Kieran and then go to Kieran and Carmine’s house inMossui Town.
Go to Kieran’s house after visiting The Dreaded Den, and players will unlock theFestival Jinbei (Green)and receive theTeal Style Cardfrom Kieran and Carmine’s grandmother. With the Teal Style Card, new accessories will become available at the clothing stores all around Paldea. In addition to this, several hairstyles will also unlock.
How to Get Another Festival Jinbei (Deep Blue & White/Gray)
Like the School Uniforms, there’s more than one type of Jinbei that players can collect. To get theFestival Jinbei (White/Gray)and theFestival Jinbei (Deep Blue), players will need tocomplete The Teal Mask story, and then speak toCarmine and Kieran’s grandmother at their house. These are the same style of Jinbei that Kieran and Carmine wore to the Festival of Masks.

All New Clothes & Accessories in Teal Mask (What Does the Teal Style Card Unlock?)
Going into any clothing/accessory store with the Teal Style Card will automatically unlockthe special style catalogforeveryshop in Paldea. There areover 300 new accessorieswith the Teal Style Card. To get the new hairstyles, players just need to visit any of the barber stores in major cities (i.e: Mesagoza, Levincia, or Cascarrafa).
