Now, Good Smile Company, the distributers behind the popular Figma figurine series, has announced aPokemon SwordandShieldfigurine of Raihan, one of the game’s strongest gym leaders.

The Galar region ofPokemon SwordandShieldhas tons of strong trainers for players to battle throughout their journey. However, few of those trainers live up to the challenge ofSwordandShield’s gym leaders, especially once player enter into the late-game and post-game content. The gym leaders of thePokemonseries always stand out among the rest, thanks to their relevance to the overall gameplay and their intricate designs.
The announcement comes by way of the official Good Smile Company’s Japanese Twitter account. The tweet shows a few photos of what consumers can expect from this new Raihan figma. Like thePokemon SwordandShieldGloria Figma figurinebefore it, the Raihan figurine comes with swappable face plates and accessories. The figma even comes with a figurine of Raihan’s signature Pokemon, Duraludon.
Duraludon is one of the mostunique Dragon-type Pokemon out there, with an unusual typing and overall design. As one of the strongest Dragon-type Pokemon in the Galar region, it’s the perfect companion for Raihan and his team of heavy-hitting dragons. Unfortunately, consumers are going to have to wait quite a while for this Raihan figure to be released, as the official Good Smile Company website has its release slated for September 2021. Thankfully, the Good Smile Company ships internationally, so players outside of Japan won’t have to worry about missing out.
The Good Smile Company and Max Factory have made quite the reputation for their Figma figurine series. The figurines are known for their quality and high customizability. Figma has worked with Nintendo properties plenty of times in the past, creating some amazing figurines for plenty of popular Nintendo franchises.
