Nintendo is aware of the persistent glitches affectingRoller and Brush weapons inSplatoon 3. When players use a Roller or Brush weapon against terrain or a wall, the glitch will cause the weapon to not fire or spray ink on an enemy player. As a result, Roller and Brush users would be outflanked or countered immediately in online battles if they are pushed against a wall. Additionally, Roller weapons may become glitched after performing a super jump. Nintendo apologizes for the inconvenience caused by the weapon glitches, and the company hopes to release a newSplatoon 3update by the end of next week.

Splatoon 3players should expect a new update by Friday, December 9 if Nintendo remedies the game’s known weapon bugs in aforementioned timeframe. Until then, players should use Splattershot, Splatling, Slosher, and Charger style weapons to avoid encountering the weapon glitches described by theSplatooncommunity.
