The Galaxy Far, Far, Away is vast and full of secrets, and oneStar Wars Jedi: Survivorplayer recently came across a truly unusual Easter Egg involving the classic B1-Series Battle Droids. Thehighly-anticipated sequel toStar Wars Jedi: Fallen Orderjust launched late last week, continuing the story of Cal Kestis as he reunites with his old friends and searches the galaxy for a safe haven from the Empire. Along the way, he meets plenty of new allies and makes dangerous new enemies - including a band of Bedlam Raiders who are harrassing the citizens of Koboh.
While these Raiders are no friends of the Empire, they remain an obstacle to Cal inStar Wars Jedi: Survivorthanks to the army of BD-1 Battle Droids they control.Star Warsfans will recognize these skeletal robot soldiers fromStar Wars: The Clone Warsandprequel films likeAttack of the Clones, and Cal certainly remembers fighting them during his early days as a Jedi Padawan. As many players can attest, the Battle Droids retain their sense of humor inStar Wars Jedi: Survivorthanks to some clever idle dialogue, and one fan has just uncovered a group of them hanging out in an Easter Egg that must be seen to be believed.

Reddit user FormalFeeling8262 reportedly found a small band of Battle Droids hidden in a cave on Koboh while playingStar Wars Jedi: Survivor. These droids weren’t standing guard or readying themselves for the inevitable fight with Cal, but instead drawing pictures of a Mogu beast posing for them in an apparent reference toTitanic.Other users in the comment section of FormalFeeling8262’s Reddit post have naturally posted lines from that movie and shared their experiences navigating the long tunnel leading to the cave where this is all going on.
Not everyone is enjoyingStar Wars Jedi: Survivor, as many are reporting bugs and glitches during their playthroughs. This is especially notable in thePC version ofStar Wars Jedi: Survivor, though no platform is immune to an all-too-familiar trend in modern gaming. Some of these glitches are minor and visual in nature, while others have cost players valuable XP or even forced them to start the game over from the very beginning. Despite these issues,Star Wars Jedi: Survivorhas garnered mostly positive reviews for its story and improved gameplay.
While many of the strange sights inStar Wars Jedi: Survivorhave been the work of technical errors, there are also plenty of intentional secrets likea hidden boss battleagainst Rick the Door Technician. The group of artist Battle Droids tucked away in a cave on Koboh is just such an Easter Egg, rewarding players who take the time to explore every nook in cranny of Respawn’s latest action title. These fan-favorite enemies have always been hilarious, but very few would have guessed that Battle Droids like to practice drawing the fauna of the galaxy while they aren’t busy guarding Separatist outposts and blasting at Jedi.
