The event description says that players will team up with Xiangli Yao to promote the festival preparations of thisWuthering Wavesevent, and “fulfill the wishes of others” for the celebrations to run smoothly.

If confirmed, Xiangli Yao will be another on the list ofWuthering Wavescharacters given away for free.
