Uncle Li can be tricky to find as he is only available duringcertain times of the day. He will always be standing in front of Panhua Restaurant. He also only shows up between the hours of6AM and 5PM. you may alwayschange the in-game timeso that you’re there to catch him before he leaves. Players should make sure to click on the prompt “Gourmet Rumours” to trigger the process.
Panhua Location
This is the owner of Panhua Restaurant inJinzhou. you may find her inside the stall and if you speak to her, she’ll tell you how to make part of the soup. You can teleport to the Resonance Nexus in the city and head upstairs to the shop.
Mahe Location
Mahe will be inside Mahe’s Grocery, which isright next to Panhua Restaurant. He sells various cooking ingredients, thus you’re able to not only ask for the next part of the Clear Soup Recipe,but also purchase goods from him.
Koko Location
Koko owns Shifang Pharmacy, and she has the final part of the recipe. Her store islocated south of Panhua Restaurant. you may always walk there or use the Resonance Beacon right next to it. You’ll need to head to the lower floor of Jinzhou City to find her.
