OneThe Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdomplayer was left positively surprised after an enemy accidentally completed a Korok challenge for them. They subsequently took to social media to share a clip of this humorous event just as Nintendo started rolling out theTears of the Kingdom1.1.1 update.
Much likeBreath of the Wild,Tears of the Kingdomhas been designed as a non-linear sandbox. The newly released action-adventure consequently boasts emergent gameplay as one of its main draws, making every playthrough highly unique.

In yet another testament to that design achievement, one player has recently taken to social media to reveal thatThe Legend of Zelda:Tears of the Kingdomprovided them with the rare experience of solving a Korok seed puzzle with minimal effort, all thanks to an overzealous enemy. A viral Reddit clip from user spill- hence shows their Link starting a balloon Korok challenge, only to have it immediately completed by a nearby Aerocuda, whose dash ends up popping all three balloons as soon as they spawn.
While some of the fans reacting to this encounter said they were amazed that something like this was even possible, others took it as a sign for concern. One user wrote that the clip instilled them with terror because they had no idea that Aerocudas are capable of dive-bombing Link. These flying creatures represent one of the seven new enemy types inTears of the Kingdomand can mostly be found in the mountainous region of Greater Hyrule. And while their varied attack patterns and menacing shrieks may suggest otherwise, Aerocudas are far from themost dangerous non-boss enemies inTears of the Kingdom.
On the contrary, most players are likely to get quite comfortable fighting these flying monsters. Aside from the fact that they are a fairly common sight in the wild, Aerocudas also happen to drop one of thebestTears of the Kingdommaterials to Fuse with arrows, which is bound to encourage many players to actively seek them out on a regular basis. Once they start doing so, it won’t take long for them to realize that Aerocudas have more bark than bite, as the airborne creatures can be downed with single arrow, much like an Octorok.
Given that state of affairs, Aerocudas only represent a credible threat to Link in the air. Not least because their prevalence makes it more difficult forTears of the Kingdomplayers to glide across the skies of Greater Hyrule, especially if they happen to be out of arrows.
